  • Role: Veterinary Receptionist
  • Status: Part-time
  • Salary: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, and based on experience
  • Schedule: Flexible part-time hours Monday through Friday. No weekends or holiday hours!

Linwood Animal Hospital is a two-doctor practice with a well-established, rock-solid support staff. You’ll keep the front desk humming and help create a calm, positive experience for every client and pet.

What You'll Bring as a Veterinary Receptionist

  • Previous veterinary or medical front desk experience is a plus, not a must

  • Manage multi-line phones, book and confirm appointments, and handle check-ins/outs

  • Process payments and keep records tidy and accurate
