Who we are

Mars Hill Animal Hospital is hiring a Kennel Attendant!

 

Position Details

  • Role: Kennel Attendant
  • Status: Full-time
  • Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
  • Schedule: 32 - 36 hours/week, including weekdays, rotating weekends, and some holiday hours

This position supports pets staying in both our hospital and kennel. Our Kennel Attendants contribute by:

  • Walking dog
  • Cleaning dog runs/cages and cat cages
  • Feeding pets in the kennel
  • Maintaining the overall cleanliness of the kennel and all areas of the Hospital
  • Ensuring laundry is caught up and stocked
  • Bathing Pets
  • Providing safe and effective patient restraint
  • Checking-in orders and restocking inventory
