Position Details

  • Role: Veterinary Receptionist
  • Status: Part-time
  • Salary: Negotiable and based on experience 
  • Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm; every other Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm

Mountainstone Veterinary Hospital is a busy, fast-paced small animal practice seeking an energetic and compassionate part-time Receptionist to join our front-desk team!  Our receptionists are the first and last impression clients have of our hospital, so we’re looking for someone who thrives on delivering outstanding service, stays calm under pressure, and enjoys making every visit a positive experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Let your passion for excellent patient care shine — every day
  • Greet clients warmly and ensure both clients and pets feel welcome and cared for

  • Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments

  • Record accurate communications and clinical histories in patient charts

  • Process payments and review medical records, estimates, and discharge instructions with clients

  • Provide basic information about foods, medications, and products

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
