Position Details

• Role: Pet Care Attendant
• Status: Full-time
• Salary: $19 per hour

Newport Hills Animal Hospital is seeking a FT/PT Pet Care Attendant. Pet Care Attendants play a key role in providing care for patients and maintaining customer service standards for clients.
This position at Newport Hills Animal Hospital requires candidates to be organized, able to respond quickly, and interested in animal care.
Applicants should know standard practices such as feeding, walking, and bathing animals.

Additional qualities valued include:

• Strong communication skills
• Patience and a caring approach
• Ability to follow instructions accurately
• Comfort around animals (such as cats and dogs)
• Capacity to meet the physical requirements of the job (including lifting up to 40 lbs)
