Position Details

  • Role: Veterinary Receptionist
  • Status: Full-time or Part-time
  • Salary: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience 
  • Schedule: Flexible schedule with rotating Saturdays, no nights or holiday hours

What You’ll Do

 

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and a vital member of our care team. You’ll:

  • Let your passion for excellent patient care shine — every day
  • Greet clients with warmth and professionalism—both in person and over the phone
  • Schedule appointments and manage the flow of patients throughout the day
  • Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient records
  • Communicate clearly with clients about services, estimates, and follow-up care
  • Support the medical team by ensuring appointments run smoothly and clients feel cared for from start to finish
  • Celebrate the moments that matter — birthdays, babies, anniversaries
  • Listen like a pro as clients share why their pet is the G.O.A.T.
