Position Details

- Status: Part-time
- Salary: $18–$20 per hour
- Schedule: Thursday 8-6p, Friday 8-6:30p and 1-2 Saturdays per month

St. Francis Animal Hospital is a thriving 6 doctor small animal practice centrally located in Roseville, MN. We are seeking a friendly, customer and team focused Client Service Representative to join our outstanding team and help us provide compassionate care for our patients and clients.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 18 years of age or older
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Stellar client service skills
- A love for animals and the people who bring them for care
Schedule:
This is a part-time position.
We are looking to fill the following hours: Thursday 8-6p, Friday 8-6:30p and one to two Saturdays per month. Opportunity to fill in for the other Client Service Representative’s vacation days.

Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):
- Provide excellent patient care and client service.
- Manage communications between clients, technicians, assistants and doctors.
- Maintain medical records.
- Manage a high-volume multi-line phone system.
- Utilize hospital technology – AviMark, email, fax, voicemails, PetDesk, VetCove, Care Credit and Slack.
- Appointment scheduling.
- Manage appointment flow within the hospital.
- Prepare invoices and collect and process payments.
- Understand and communicate preventative care recommendations.
- Manage client compliance.
- Ability to manage difficult and emotional conversations.
- Maintain professionalism during high stress situations.
- Patient intakes and discharges.
- Awareness of patients’ emotional and physical wellbeing.
- Ensure hospital cleanliness and organization.
- Other duties as assigned.
