Boca-Delray Animal Hospital is looking for a part-time Pet Care Attendant to join our compassionate team and provide attentive care to our boarded and hospitalized patients. As an essential part of our daily operations, our Pet Care Attendants ensure that every pet’s stay with us is safe, comfortable, and full of TLC.

What Our Pet Care Attendants Bring
We’re looking for a team player who’s dependable, caring, and motivated to learn. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- A genuine love for animals and a desire to care for them with kindness and respect
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- A positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed
- Previous kennel or animal care experience (a plus, but not required!)
- Critical thinking, curiosity, and a can-do attitude
What You’ll Do
Your days will be busy, rewarding, and full of wagging tails! You’ll:
- Let your passion for excellent patient care shine — every day
- Provide compassionate care and gentle handling to all boarded and hospitalized animals
- Communicate with warmth, clarity, and confidence
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout the hospital and kennel areas
- Monitor animal behavior, health, and comfort—and report any concerns promptly
- Collaborate with team members and support hospital operations and practice philosophy
- Assist with additional tasks as needed to keep our hospital running smoothly
