Position Details

  • Role: Veterinary Receptionist
  • Status: Full-time
  • Salary: Starting at $17.00 - $18:00 per hour based on experience
  • Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 8 am - 7 pm.  No weekends or holiday hours!

What You’ll Do

 

As the friendly face and helpful voice of our hospital, you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive experience for clients and their pets. You’ll:

  • Let your passion for excellent patient care shine — every day
  • Greet clients warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications
  • Handle payments and accurately update client and patient records
  • Provide clear, empathetic communication to clients about their pets’ care
  • Support the veterinary team by keeping workflows efficient and organized
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and lobby environment
  • Assist with other administrative or client service tasks as needed
