Position Details

  • Role: Pet Care Attendant
  • Status: Full or part-time hours
  • Salary: $19 – $22 per hour based on experience

Red Hill Animal Health Center is looking for a dedicated Pet Care Attendant to help provide exceptional care and comfort for our boarding guests.

 

This is a hands-on, active role where you’ll play an essential part in ensuring our canine and feline visitors feel safe, loved, and right at home.

What You'll Do as a Pet Care Attendant

  • Provide compassionate daily care for our boarding guests, including:
    • Feeding, medicating, walking, bathing, and record-keeping
    • Monitoring pets’ comfort, health, and safety throughout their stay
  • Communicate effectively with pet owners and team members regarding pet needs or observations
  • Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary kennel spaces for the well-being of all guests
  • Leash-walk dogs of all sizes and temperaments (up to 150 lbs)
  • Supervise group and individual playtimes, ensuring a safe and positive environment for all pets.
  • Support the Red Hill mission by ensuring every pet receives attentive, loving care
