Animal Care Center at Cherry Way is Hiring a Veterinary Receptionist!

Position Details

• Role: Veterinary Receptionist
• Status: Part-time
• Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
• Schedule: Some 7:30 am to 2pm shifts, some 2pm to 7pm shifts weekend rotations
  15 to 20 hours a week

Join our friendly, fast-paced team! We’re a four-doctor veterinary hospital offering grooming, boarding, and doggie daycare services. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and animals in a dynamic, detail-oriented environment.

Veterinary Receptionist Responsibilities include:

• Answering and directing multi-line phone calls
• Scheduling appointments and managing invoices
• Assisting clients with check-in/out and general inquiries
• Maintaining organized records and a clean work area
• Providing exceptional customer service
