We’re looking for a Veterinary Receptionist who thrives in a busy environment, communicates with compassion, and brings a positive attitude to every client and pet interaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients with a warm, professional demeanor
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage records
- Support a team that’s passionate about pet care
- Handle multiple tasks with a calm and can-do attitude
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Experience in a veterinary or medical office preferred
- Comfort with computers and scheduling software
- A genuine love for animals and people
