- Schedule: Monday - Friday
Sanford Animal Hospital is looking for a friendly, dependable, and compassionate Receptionist to join our amazing team! If you love animals, enjoy helping people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients and patients with a smile and positive attitude
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage daily check-ins/checkouts
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Process payments and provide exceptional customer service
- Support our veterinary team to ensure smooth clinic operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Team player with a great attitude
- Previous veterinary or medical office experience preferred (but not required)
- Must love animals and working with people!
