• Role: Veterinary Receptionist
• Status: Full-time
• Salary: $18–$22 per hour
• Schedule: Monday-Wednesday 7:30am-6:30pm, Friday 7:30am-6:30pm

Our veterinary receptionists are key members of the team, helping create a seamless and supportive experience for every client and pet.

What You'll Do:

As a veterinary receptionist, you’ll be the first and last point of contact for our clients—setting the tone for exceptional care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting clients and patients warmly
• Scheduling appointments and managing client communications
• Checking patients in and out
• Answering phones and addressing inquiries with accuracy and empathy
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate client records
• Supporting the veterinary team in delivering outstanding communication and service
