Animal Hospital at Baldwin Park is ready to hire an experienced veterinary receptionist who can provide exceptional service to our clients and strong support to our team. The ideal candidate is confident in a busy environment, able to multitask with ease, and fluent in both English and Spanish.

What You Will Bring
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
- Previous veterinary or medical office experience
- Earness in assisting clients, pets, and the veterinary team
- Previous experience using EZ Vet Software is helpful but not required
What You’ll Do
- Greet clients and assist with check-ins and check-outs
- Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and client communication
- Maintain accurate medical records and process payments
- Help clients understand treatment plans and next steps in both languages
- Contribute to a positive, professional front desk experience
