- Status: Full-time or Part-time
- Salary: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring
- A friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor
- A genuine love for animals
- Strong communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette
- A dependable work ethic and strong attention to detail
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- At least one year of experience in the veterinary field (preferred)
- Prior knowledge of Cornerstone software (a plus!)
What You’ll Do
- Warmly welcoming clients and patients
- Answering and directing high-volume phone calls
- Checking patients in and out
- Updating client and patient records
- Processing payments accurately
- Performing general clerical duties to support our team
