Position Details

• Role: Veterinary Receptionist
• Status: Full-time
• Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
• Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:00am- 3pm, rotating Saturdays

Our veterinary receptionists are valuable members of Rolling Hills Veterinary Hospital; they provide quality communication and assistance to our patients and their owners. While having fun while doing it! All team members should love pets as much as we do! We are looking for an experienced receptionist who is confident in phone communication, email, and ideally, veterinary software.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Managing multiple phone lines
• Booking appointments
• Greeting clients
• Processing payments
• Ensuring that the reception area is clean and comfortable for clients and all our patients
