Hayes Barton Animal Hospital is Hiring a Veterinary Receptionist!

Position Details

• Role: Veterinary Receptionist
• Status: Full-time
• Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
• Schedule: 4 full days, one half day, every other Saturday

Hayes Barton Animal Hospital is looking to add a full-time experienced Veterinary Receptionist to our team. 

Our Veterinary Receptionists are the face of our practice. This role plays an important part in the lives of our clients and patients by providing compassionate care and excellent client service.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple phone lines
• Triaging client phone calls
• Booking appointments in ezyVet
• Greeting clients
• Processing payments
• Ensuring that the reception area is clean and comfortable for clients.
