• Status: Full-time
• Salary: $27–$30 per hour
• Schedule: 4 days per week, 10-hour days

We are seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) with a passion for veterinary medicine, a commitment to excellent client care, and the ambition to become an integral part of our client service team across both hospitals.

1-year veterinary client service experience is preferred but not required.

The CSR is the client's first contact when calling or visiting the practice and, as such, represents the hospital's professional image to callers and visitors.

The best candidate must possess:

• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent telephone and in-person communication skills
• The ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• They must have compassion for our clients and their fur family and understand the stress that they endure.

CSRs are responsible for greeting clients, differentiating routine cases from emergency cases, scheduling appointments, entering client, patient, and financial data into the computer, generating invoices and explaining them to clients, processing payments, and managing medical records.
