Position Details

• Role: Veterinary Receptionist
• Status: Full-time
• Salary: $17 – $20 per hour
• Schedule: M-F (Flexible). requires 1-2 closing shifts and 1-2 Saturdays per month.
• Requirements: Customer service experience and computer proficiency 

Are you passionate about animals and committed to delivering exceptional customer service? Clementon Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our welcoming and professional front desk team.

As the first point of contact for our clients and their beloved pets, this role is essential in creating a positive experience and maintaining our hospital’s trusted reputation within the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multi-line phone systems
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism
• Process payments accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

This full-time position offers a flexible schedule, with rotating evening and Saturday shifts required.
