Position Details
- Role: Experienced Veterinary Receptionist
- Status: Full-time
- Salary: $17.50 - $20.50 per hour based on experience
- Schedule: Flexible Monday-through-Friday schedule with 1 Saturday shift per month. No nights, on-call, or holidays!

What You’ll Do
- Greet clients and pets, manage check-ins, and escort to exam rooms
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with client questions
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Make reminder and follow-up calls
- Keep the front desk clean, organized, and welcoming
- Build strong relationships with clients and their pets
What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring
- 1–2 years of veterinary receptionist experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Basic knowledge of veterinary terminology and common procedures
- A positive, team-oriented attitude (bonus points for great “cattitude”)
- Compassion and empathy for clients, pets, and coworkers
- Ability to stay organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Must enjoy puppy kisses and kitty headbutts
