Four Paws Animal Hospital is seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Veterinary Receptionist to join our growing team. We are a full-service animal hospital offering comprehensive care, including physical rehabilitation and acupuncture, and we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
As the first point of contact for our clients, the Veterinary Receptionist plays a critical role in creating a welcoming and efficient experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

What You’ll Do
- Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
- Answer phones, triage calls, and manage multiple lines
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records
- Communicate clearly with veterinary assistants, technicians, and doctors
- Support a smooth workflow between the front and back of the hospital
What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring
- Previous animal experience strongly preferred (veterinary clinic, kennel, shelter, or similar setting)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable handling high call volumes and busy front desk flow
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow
- Professional demeanor with a compassionate approach to clients and pets
