- Role: Veterinary Receptionist
- Status: Full-time
- Salary: $17 - $20 per hour, based on experience
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in a veterinary or medical front desk role
- Friendly, organized, and detail-oriented
- A strong communicator with excellent client service skills

As our Veterinary Receptionist, you’ll be the friendly face of the hospital and the first point of contact for our clients and patients!
What you’ll do:
- Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones and manage appointment scheduling efficiently
- Support client communication and education
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist with front desk workflow and organization
- Help create a welcoming, positive clinic experience
