Position Details
- Role: Experienced Veterinary Receptionist
- Status: Part-time
- Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
- Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday, 8 am - 6 pm, Tuesday 2 pm - 6 pm. No weekends or holiday hours!

What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling
- Answer multi-line phones and relay messages efficiently
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Communicate clearly with clients about services and next steps
- Keep the front desk organized, smooth, and running like a well-oiled machine
