Position Details
- Role: Experienced Veterinary Receptionist
- Status: Full-time
- Salary: $17.60 – $21 per hour
- Schedule Details: Rotating Saturdays (8 am - 1 pm) are required

What You’ll Do
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner through telephone, email, and messaging platforms
- Offer support and solutions to clients in accordance with the company’s policies
- Maintain up-to-date records in our client/patient database
- Communicate client needs to Veterinarians and other team members
- Accurately dispense medications to clients as directed by the Veterinarians
- Assist the technicians/veterinarians in animal restraint
