- Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
- Schedule: Variable shifts during the week, every other Saturday

About Us
Valley Veterinary Hospital is seeking a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our busy and compassionate team! We provide a full range of services including wellness care, surgery, dentistry, radiology, ultrasonography, and in-house lab work. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality care while creating a positive, supportive, and professional environment for both clients and staff. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients—helping ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for pets and their people.

What You’ll Do
- Greet clients and manage patient check-ins and check-outs
- Answer phones and emails, schedule appointments, and relay messages
- Maintain accurate records, invoices, and client communications
- Coordinate patient flow and support doctors and technicians
- Handle payments and daily front desk operations, including opening/closing
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring
- 1+ year of veterinary or medical office experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
- Basic knowledge of animal behavior and medical terminology
- Reliability, flexibility, and comfort with weekend/evening shifts
