What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients in person and over the phone
- Schedule appointments and manage client communications
- Maintain accurate client accounts and medical records
- Admit and discharge patients efficiently and compassionately
- Provide personalized, high-quality customer service
- Support daily front desk operations in a fast-paced environment
