- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 am-6 pm

What You’ll Do
- Greet clients and pets while managing check-ins and check-outs
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications
- Maintain accurate records and handle billing and payments
- Support daily clinic operations and workflow coordination
- Provide exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism
- Help create a positive, welcoming environment for clients and team members
