  • Status: Full-time
  • Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
  • Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts

Already experienced in a veterinary practice? Fantastic, we can’t wait to meet you! Have you never worked in a veterinary practice before, but are an experienced receptionist? Not to worry, as we have a robust training program to get you up to speed quickly, but we do require medical/dental front office experience if you do not have veterinary experience.

 

Not only will you become a member of our incredibly positive and supportive team, but you will be part of the fulfilling veterinary profession, helping pets each and every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phones, route calls appropriately, and respond to voicemails promptly
  • Schedule appointments and manage a multi-doctor calendar efficiently
  • Check patients in/out and ensure accurate client and patient information
  • Collect payments, process invoices, and review estimates with clients
