Position Details
- Role: Experienced Veterinary Receptionist
- Status: Full-time
- Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:20am - 6:00pm with a day off during the week (4 10-hour days)

What You’ll Do
- Greet clients and pets with a warm, friendly demeanor
- Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
- Check patients in and out while managing daily workflow
- Process payments and review invoices with clients
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Support administrative tasks and front desk operations
