Position Details

  • Role: Veterinary Receptionist/Assistant
  • Status: Full-time
  • Salary: $18–$23 per hour
  • Schedule: 4 10-hour days, Monday through Friday

What You’ll Do

  • Assist clients with scheduling, questions, and appointment coordination
  • Support front desk operations, including communication and client service
  • Assist veterinary team with treatments and surgical procedures
  • Place IV catheters, administer medications, and restrain patients safely and compassionately
  • Maintain accurate communication between clients, technicians, and doctors
  • Ensure excellent attention to detail in both clinical and administrative tasks
