What You’ll Do
- Greet clients and pets while creating a welcoming first impression
- Answer phones and manage appointment scheduling
- Maintain accurate medical records and client information
- Communicate effectively with veterinarians and support staff
- Provide exceptional customer service and client support
What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring
- Strong customer service experience (required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
