As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience for our clients while keeping our front desk running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
  • Greet clients and pets warmly, creating a positive first impression
  • Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and manage daily workflow
  • Accurately update and maintain client and patient records
  • Process payments and handle transactions with accuracy and integrity
  • Assist with administrative duties including filing, scanning, and stocking supplies
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
