What You’ll Do as a Veterinary Receptionist

  • Greet clients and pets warmly, creating a welcoming first impression
  • Answer phones, take messages, and assist with client questions
  • Schedule appointments and help manage daily workflow
  • Provide estimates and explain services clearly
  • Triage routine vs. urgent cases and communicate with medical staff
  • Maintain accurate medical records and client information
  • Process payments, invoices, and daily transactions
