What You’ll Do as a Veterinary Receptionist
- Greet clients and pets warmly, creating a welcoming first impression
- Answer phones, take messages, and assist with client questions
- Schedule appointments and help manage daily workflow
- Provide estimates and explain services clearly
- Triage routine vs. urgent cases and communicate with medical staff
- Maintain accurate medical records and client information
- Process payments, invoices, and daily transactions
