Position Details

Role: Experienced Veterinary Receptionist
Status: Full-time
Salary: $18 - $23 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Flexible yet closing shifts until 7 pm and rotating Saturdays until 3 pm is a must

Parkway Veterinary Hospital is seeking a full-time or part-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our front desk team. We are dedicated to supporting our staff so they can provide the highest quality care for our patients and clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage multiple phone lines with professionalism and compassion
  • Book and coordinate appointments efficiently
  • Greet clients and patients warmly upon arrival
  • Process payments and maintain accurate client records
  • Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and comfortable for clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and client communication throughout the day
