Role: Experienced Pet Groomer
Status: Full-time
Salary: Commission-based compensation with established clientele opportunities
Schedule: Monday through Friday with one day off during the week

Animal Medical Center of McKinney is looking for an energetic, fun-loving, dependable, and creative animal lover to join our growing grooming team! Our groomers work closely with our clients’ furry family members to help them look and feel their absolute best.
As a groomer with Animal Medical Center of McKinney, you’ll have the opportunity to build and grow your clientele while showcasing your creativity and grooming expertise. We provide dryers, tables, towels, bows, bandanas, and shampoo products — just bring your shears, clippers, and passion for grooming.

What You’ll Do
- Provide professional grooming services for dogs and cats
- Greet clients and pets warmly upon arrival
- Maintain a clean and organized grooming workspace
- Wash, fold, and store towels used throughout the day
- Sweep or vacuum the grooming area after each appointment
- Clean tubs and grooming equipment after each use
- Monitor grooming supply inventory and communicate restocking needs to management
- Deliver exceptional client service while ensuring pets feel safe and comfortable
What Our Groomers Bring
- At least 2 years of professional grooming experience
- A grooming portfolio demonstrating previous work
- Strong animal handling and client communication skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Creative eye for grooming styles and breed standards
- Dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Personal grooming tools including shears and clippers
