Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
Schedule: 4-day work week (4 x 10-hour shifts); no weekends or holidays

Our CSRs are the heart of the clinic. From creating a welcoming experience for clients and patients to helping keep the hospital running smoothly, this role is so much more than answering phones. What You’ll Do

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
  • Assist with check-in, check-out, and client communication
  • Help maintain an organized and efficient front desk
  • Support the veterinary team in delivering exceptional patient care
  • Assist clients with questions, appointment needs, and general hospital information
  • Maintain accurate records and support daily hospital operations
