Position Details
- Role: Experienced Veterinary Receptionist
- Status: Part-time
- Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am–5 pm; no nights, weekends, or major holidays

What You’ll Do
- Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Check patients in and out while ensuring accurate records
- Collect payments, process invoices, and review estimates with clients
- Communicate hospital policies, pricing, and service information clearly
- Handle client concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Coordinate appointments and help optimize clinic flow
- Assist the team with daily tasks to keep operations running smoothly
What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring
