Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Valley Ranch Pet Clinic is an integrative veterinary hospital dedicated to providing exceptional care to pets and the people who love them. We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance while creating a compassionate, supportive, and collaborative workplace where team members are encouraged to continue learning and growing their skills.

Our hospital offers a full range of medical, surgical, and dental services with advanced diagnostic capabilities including in-clinic ultrasound, digital radiography, and full laboratory testing. We also provide access to advanced specialty services including MRI, CT, fluoroscopy, nuclear medicine, radioactive iodine treatments, orthopedic surgery, laser surgery, endoscopy, PRP, and stem cell therapy.

We’re currently searching for a compassionate, knowledgeable, and experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team part-time and help us continue delivering exceptional service and patient care every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Provide exceptional customer service that exceeds client expectations
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
  • Assist with client communication, check-in, and check-out processes
  • Maintain accurate records within the practice management system
  • Support daily front desk operations and hospital workflow
  • Collaborate closely with veterinarians and support staff to provide excellent patient care

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring

  • Previous veterinary receptionist or veterinary hospital experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Compassionate, positive, and professional attitude
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Experience with Cornerstone Practice Management System preferred
  • Commitment to teamwork and continued professional growth
