Status: Full-time
Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
Schedule: 4-day work week; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 7:30 am - 5 pm, Friday 7:30 am - 4 pm

What You’ll Do
- Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Communicate hospital policies, pricing, and service information clearly
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and welcoming lobby environment
- Handle client concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when needed
- Support hospital cleanliness across treatment and kennel areas
- Help the team with tasks as needed to keep the day running smoothly
- Assist with scheduling appointments, client communication, and daily front desk operations
- Support exceptional patient and client experiences throughout every visit
What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring
- Previous experience as a veterinary receptionist
- Comfort working in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Familiarity with veterinary terminology and hospital workflows preferred
- Experience coordinating appointments, managing schedules, and optimizing clinic flow
