What You’ll Do

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
  • Manage multiple phone lines, emails, and client messages efficiently
  • Schedule appointments and support daily front desk operations
  • Refill medications and assist with prescription coordination
  • Obtain medical histories and maintain accurate patient records
  • Educate clients and communicate treatment recommendations as directed
  • Support hospital workflow and collaborate with the veterinary team
  • Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring
