  • Role: Veterinary Receptionist
  • Status: Full-time
  • Salary: $20.00–$21.00 per hour, based on experience
  • Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM. Saturday 9 AM - 1 PM

What You’ll Do

  • Greet clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
  • Schedule appointments and support daily front desk operations
  • Answer phones and emails while providing exceptional customer service
  • Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient records
  • Support veterinarians and hospital staff to ensure smooth daily workflow
  • Assist with client communication regarding appointments, medications, and services
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
  • Help create a positive client experience from check-in through checkout

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring

  • 1–2 years of previous Veterinary Reception experience required
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with computers and scheduling software, including Avimark preferred
  • Ability to remain calm and compassionate in a busy environment
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
  • Dependability and willingness to work collaboratively
  • Genuine love for animals and passion for helping people
