What You’ll Do
- Greet clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
- Schedule appointments and manage daily front desk workflow
- Answer phone inquiries and support client communication
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Assist with daily administrative and reception responsibilities
- Help create a smooth, welcoming client experience from check-in through checkout
- Support hospital operations and collaborate with teammates to ensure efficiency
- Contribute to a positive and organized hospital environment
