  • Salary: $20.82 - $22.50/hour
  • Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. Rotating Saturdays.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage multiple phone lines and support client communication
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate front desk workflow
  • Welcome and greet clients and patients warmly and professionally
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable reception area
  • Support veterinarians and hospital staff to ensure efficient daily operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
  • Help create a positive experience for every client and patient visit
