Position Details

Role: Veterinary Receptionist
Status: Full-time
Salary: $15–$17 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: 32-40 hrs a week, rotating Saturdays

Let us introduce ourselves! We are a team-oriented, 2.5-doctor practice looking to add a Veterinary Receptionist to our crew of passionate professionals. What You’ll Do

  • Welcome clients and patients with professionalism and compassion
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with client communication
  • Support hospital workflow and maintain a positive client experience
  • Process invoices, payments, and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and team members
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
  • Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service while supporting patient care
