Status: Full-time
Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
Schedule: Monday thru Friday with scheduled day off and rotating weekends and holidays

What You'll Do

• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with questions and scheduling
• Schedule appointments and manage daily appointment flow
• Check clients in and out efficiently and accurately
• Process payments and maintain accurate client records
• Provide exceptional customer service and client communication
• Educate clients on hospital services, policies, and next steps
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Collaborate with the veterinary team to support hospital operations
