What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones and assist with appointment scheduling
- Support patient check-in and check-out processes
- Communicate hospital services, recommendations, and policies clearly
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their pets
- Support daily front desk operations and workflow
- Help create a positive experience for every client and patient visit
