Role: Veterinary Customer Service Representative 
Status: Full-time
Salary: $17 - $23 per hour based on experience 
Schedule:  4-day work week (4 x 10-hour shifts) with no weekends

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phones and coordinate appointments efficiently
  • Serve as the communication hub between clients, doctors, and hospital staff
  • Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate records
  • Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction
  • Support front desk operations and administrative tasks
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Assist with general office duties and basic housekeeping responsibilities as needed

What Our Veterinary Customer Service Representatives Bring

  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience required
  • Previous veterinary receptionist experience preferred
  • Administrative assistant experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with outstanding problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain professional and focused in a busy environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
