Role: Veterinary Customer Service Representative
Status: Full-time
Salary: $17 - $23 per hour based on experience
Schedule: 4-day work week (4 x 10-hour shifts) with no weekends

What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones and coordinate appointments efficiently
- Serve as the communication hub between clients, doctors, and hospital staff
- Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction
- Support front desk operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Assist with general office duties and basic housekeeping responsibilities as needed
What Our Veterinary Customer Service Representatives Bring
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience required
- Previous veterinary receptionist experience preferred
- Administrative assistant experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with outstanding problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain professional and focused in a busy environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
