- Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
- Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Wednesday 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.; Saturday 7:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

Located in the charming community of Willoughby Hills, Animal Hospital is an AAHA-accredited small animal practice offering comprehensive veterinary care, boarding, and grooming services. What You’ll Do
- Answer multiple phone lines and assist clients with appointment scheduling
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Support patient check-in and check-out processes
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Communicate hospital services, policies, and recommendations clearly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Provide exceptional customer service during every client interaction
- Support daily front desk operations and workflow management
