Role: Experienced Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative (CSR)
Status: Full-time or Part-time
Salary: $18 - $22 per hour
Schedule: Must be available for evenings and Saturdays

Laurelton Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join our fast-paced veterinary team. Our reception team plays a vital role in the success of the hospital by serving as the first point of contact for clients while supporting the doctors, technicians, and patients behind the scenes. What You'll Do
- Greet clients and patients while creating a welcoming first impression
- Manage a high-volume phone system and efficiently schedule appointments
- Accurately enter medical records and client information into AVImark
- Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions
- Coordinate with doctors and technicians to maintain efficient workflow
- Answer client questions with professionalism, empathy, and compassion
- Assist with follow-up calls, appointment reminders, and client communication
- Support daily hospital operations and front desk organization
What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring
- Minimum of 2 years of veterinary hospital experience required
- Experience using AVImark software required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic
